We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or returns on custom products. Once a custom product is in the production queue, the sale is final.

We do offer replacement and/or repair of any product that does not hold up to our standards or warranty. Please see our warranty information page.

We highly recommend placing a pre-order for all custom products when possible. 

If pre-order is not possible, or requires a specific delivery date, we ask that you please call us to confirm our ability to meet the timeline you need. 

Most often, we can create your custom item, and have it shipped or delivered within 7-10 days.

If you need a rush delivery or product, please call us so we can arrange it and give you our fastest production and delivery date.

Limited Warranty for Custom Outdoor Products

1. Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty applies to custom concrete memorial benches, custom urns, and outdoor art (including mosaics, paintings, and murals) manufactured and sold by Headstone Memorial Cleaning and Care. We warrant that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (10) years from the date of delivery or installation.

2. Concrete & Masonry Specifics

Concrete is a natural material subject to variations. This warranty covers structural integrity but does not cover:

• Hairline Cracks: Small, non-structural cracks (crazing) are common in concrete and do not constitute a defect.

• Efflorescence: The natural occurrence of white powdery salt deposits on the surface of concrete.

• Color Variation: Minor differences in color or texture between the finished product and samples or digital images.

3. Surface Finishes, Paint, and Sealants

Because these products are subject to Arizona’s extreme UV exposure and heat, the following are NOT covered under warranty:

• Fading, chalking, or minor peeling of paint and sealants caused by sun exposure.

• Damage caused by abrasive cleaning agents, pressure washers, or harsh chemicals.

• Normal wear and tear from outdoor elements.

4. General Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper Handling: Damage occurring after the product has been delivered or installed by the customer or a third party.

• Environmental Factors: Acts of God, extreme weather, flooding, or ground shifting.

• Vandalism or Impact: Scratches, chips, or breakage caused by external force.

• Lack of Maintenance: Failure to follow provided care instructions.

5. Biodegradable Products Exclusion

PLEASE NOTE: All custom biodegradable products (such as biodegradable urns or eco-friendly memorial items) are intended to break down naturally over time. These products are sold "AS-IS" and are strictly excluded from any warranty coverage once they leave our possession.

6. Remedy

If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, Headstone and Memorial Cleaning and Care will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product or provide a replacement. We are not responsible for costs associated with removal or re-installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, Headstone Memorial Cleaning and Care shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

A few things to keep in mind:

• The "Sun Tax": In Arizona, no paint or sealer lasts forever. We will provide all clients a "Care Sheet" with every order, and highly suggest following the instructions carefully to keep your products in the best condition possible.

• Biodegradables: No warranty is offered either express or implied for biodegradable products.
